香港好味道 (3) - 新年糕點

Kingston Beats再次成功申請Kingston地方政府的社區資助(Borough-wide Community Grant)，計劃主題為「香港好味道」，旨在推廣和分享香港烹飪和美食文化，促進社區交流。我們將會舉辦多場香港美食分享會，重現香港人最記掛的家鄉食物，並鼓勵大家交流使用本地食材的烹調心得。

今次活動主題為「新年糕點」，好快又到農曆新年，Agape Kitchen 主廚Kenix廚藝專業，曾為Kingston Beats製作盤菜和主持烹飪班。今次我地又再次邀請佢預備香港人最喜愛的新年食品 -- 年糕和蘿蔔糕，並即場示範製作雪花酥。呢款源自台灣的流行甜點，簡單易做，送禮得體。傳統新年食物一向受歡迎，鼓勵大家邀請本地朋友黎一齊品嚐。

參加者請注意：

1. 報名費一經繳付，恕不設退款。活動開始後30分鐘如參加者仍未出現，視作自動退出，恕不會代留食物或退還門券費用。

2. 以上列出食物僅作參考，大會有權因應情況作出改動。

3. 今次並非團購活動，食物每人一份，只限現場享用，不能帶走。

4. 食物材料包括以下，如有食物過敏請留意。

雪花酥: 蛋, 奶, 麵粉, 果仁

蘿蔔糕:  甲殼類動物

XO 醬:  甲殼類動物

Hong Kong Yummy Club is a new project to promote and share Hong Kong's cooking and food culture. In the upcoming event, Kenix of Agape Kitchen will present home-made tulip cakes and rice cakes, the topmost popular New Year Cakes in Hong Kong. She will also demonstrate how to make Snowflake Crisp, a popular sweet snack originated in Taiwan. Kenix is a professional chef and has taught cooking classes and supplied Big Bowl Feasts for Kingston Beats.

No matter whether you are Hongkongers recently settled in Kingston or locals who fancy traditional Hong Kong foods, don’t miss this opportunity to taste the favouraite Lunar New Year food of Hong Kong people.  

1. Registration fees are non-refundable.  If ticket holders do not show up 30 minutes after the event starts, we reserve the right to give away the food and no refund will be made.

2. The food listed above is for reference only and we reserve the right to make changes.

3. This is a social event and not a group buy. Participants are expected to join the event and consume the food on-site. Food cannot be taken away.

4. Food ingredients contain eggs, milk, wheat flour, nuts and crustacea. Please be aware if you have food allergies.
